FACTORY THEATRE is holding our annual fundraising gala, From Russia with Love, on Thursday, February 14th, and we need your help to make this a successful event! All volunteers will be provided with free tickets to an upcoming Factory show.
Coat Check (4)
- Collect patrons coats and provide claim ticket
- Return patrons coats at the end of the show
- There is no charge for the coat check, volunteers are not required to take money or make change
- Time requirements – February 14th , 5:00 pm –12:00 am; downtime during the show
- Please wear all black clothes
- All volunteers will be provided with tickets to any upcoming show at Factory Theatre
- Dinner and refreshments will be provided
Food Servers
- Delivery appetizers on trays to patrons before the show and during intermission as well as dessert after the show
- Keep empty and near empty trays replenished by returning to the food coordinators station off the Rehearsal Hall, provide napkins for patrons with food
- 3 people in rehearsal hall, 3 people in bar room downstairs, 2 people roving in lobby, stairs, etc.
- Time requirements – April 4th, 5:00 pm – 12am; downtime during the show
- Please wear all black clothes
- All volunteers will be provided with tickets to any upcoming show at Factory Theatre
- Dinner and refreshments will be provided
Prize Bag Sellers
- Circulate among the patrons promoting and selling Prize Bags. Each seller will have about ten bags to sell. Price of the bags is $35. Sellers will be provided with a money belt and float money to make change, cheques are also accepted, made out to Factory Theatre.
- Time requirements – Thursday 14th, 5:00 pm – 12am
- Please wear all black clothes. We will provide you with something (i.e. scarf) to draw attention to you and the bags you’re selling
- All volunteers will be provided with tickets to any upcoming show at Factory Theatre
- Dinner and refreshments will be provided
Silent Auction Promoters
- You will be assigned specific silent auction items to promote in order for the Theatre to meet its fundraising auction target
- Must be keen and enthusiastic about the auction items and encourage people to support the theatre
- Time requirements – Thursday February 14th, 5:00pm – 12am; downtime during the show
- All volunteers will be provided with tickets to any upcoming show at Factory Theatre
- Dinner and refreshments will be provided
