Toronto’s award-winning WinterCity Festival presented by RBC returns this weekend, offering a city-wide celebration of culture, creativity and cuisine from January 30 – February 12, 2009. This year’s programming includes the North American premiere of two unique and compelling open-air performances by Dutch group Close Act, well-known internationally for combining theatre, dance acrobatics and music to create large-scale street theatre spectacles. To benefit from their unique experiences performing in public space, the City of Toronto’s Special Events team is pleased to present the following panel discussion. All are invited to attend.
