Skill enhancement and coping strategies with Madeleine Hallé, Senior Performance Psychologist with Cirque du Soleil

Through theory and practice, participants will explore tools to manage stress, increase self-esteem and confidence, and develop visualization techniques. Friday will examine stress management and Saturday will focus on confidence and self-esteem. Both days will explore the integration of visualization techniques into performance situations, with emphasis on:
- Emotional control
- Developing concentration
- Achieving peak performance
Madeleine Hallé is a performance and sports psychologist who has worked with Cirque de Soleil for the past ten years. With over twenty years of experience in her field, and with extensive graduate training in psychology and kinetics including a doctorate in sports psychology, Madeleine is uniquely qualified to discuss and illuminate the psychological aspects of performance.
