Project title: “Go in the Wilderness”

Synopsis: “Go in the Wilderness” is a reinterpretation of the myth of Lilith: When Lilith, Adam’s rebellious first mate, escapes the monotony of the Garden of Eden, her delight soon turns to despair as she faces the harshness of life in the outside world.

Character descriptions: NOTE: ALL CHARACTERS ARE LEAD ROLES!

LILITH (Lead)
Female – Age range: 20-30. Caucasian/Middle Eastern/Mediterranean

Adam’s first wife. Lilith is free-thinking, strong yet vulnerable. She is fierce, independent, curious and bright. She should be attractive, dark featured, fit yet feminine.

SAMMAEL (Lead)
Male – Age range: 25-35. Caucasian/Middle Eastern/Mediterranean

Aka the newly fallen Lucifer, soon to be The Devil. Mischievous, intelligent, charming yet flawed. He has just been kicked out of Heaven, is deeply conflicted about his relationship to both God and Man and is still trying to find himself. He should be physically slender and attractive, yet not evil-looking, or a stereotypically dark and handsome devil.

ADAM (Lead)
Male – 18-30 CAUCASIAN.

Adam is frustratingly obedient and naive yet made of good moral fiber. “Ignorance is bliss” for God’s first son and he doesn’t want to know any better. Physically, he must be good looking, like a milk-fed farmer’s boy, with a very fit body.

EVE (Lead)
Female – 18-25 CAUCASIAN.
Eve is the younger, prettier 2nd wife. On the surface she is sweet, submissive and innocent. However this is more a product of her partnership with Adam, who prevents her from being anything else; there is much more to her. Lilith and Sammael’s presence sparks a curiosity in her which will have dire consequences.
