DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Box office duty, ticket batch printing and show settlement during performances. Ensuring a superior standard of customer service is applied across the entire organization at all times.
A passion for the performing arts and the desire to be part of a vibrant new Canadian theatre company At least three years of experience working in a customer service capacity in the theatre industry Computer literacy – extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office software as well as the Internet Previous experience with electronic ticketing software required Comfortable with fluctuating work hours Strong organizational and multi tasking skills Experience in customer service environment
