Call for Submissions: RBC Tarragon Emerging Playwrights’ Competition, Tarragon Theatre

DEADLINE FAST APPROACHING. . .You have only ONE WEEK LEFT to submit!
For the fourth year running, Tarragon Theatre is pleased to partner with RBC Foundation in
offering the annual RBC Tarragon Emerging Playwrights’ Competition.

The competition provides emerging playwrights financial support to further develop their plays, the opportunity to work with skilled artists in new play development, and the chance to showcase their work on a national level.

The winner will receive a cash award of $3000, a public reading of their play in Tarragon Theatre’s Play Reading Week, and a year’s worth of dramaturgical support from Tarragon’s literary manager.

The deadline for submissions is April 27, 2012 at 5 pm.
