Theatre Creators’ Reserve Applications NEW DUE DATE: Tuesday October 9th, by 5pm.
The Fringe is a third-party recommender for the Ontario Arts Council and has been approved to give out $7,000 of much-needed funds. If you would like to apply for a Theatre Creators’ Reserve grant from the Toronto Fringe, please read more on our website and get your application in before Tuesday October 9th. (NEW DATE.) There will be a drop box for hand delivered applications until 5pm on Tuesday October 9th. If you’re mailing in your application, please have it post-marked by Tuesday October 9th.
The Fringe’s funding priorities are:
- Artists that bring a new demographic to the culture scene
- Projects that offer a diversity of voices
- Unique or unexpected methods of storytelling
- Accessibility through theatre

New Play Contest Applications
Fringe New Play Contest winners are fast-tracked to success and given a free slot in Fringe 2013, as well as $1250 in cash. Applications are due on October 26th or when 80 submissions have been received. (The slots are currently half full.) More information on the perks and how to apply can be found on our website.
