Explore the most electric room in Toronto politics…
We’ve had three amazing sessions of Why We Are Here!
Tonight, we look to Toronto’s political landscape and invite you to join us to sing in:
- Council Chambers in Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen St. West (at Bay St.)
Join us tonight, Monday, November 25th, for a unique and invigorating theatrical event about right here and right now. Why We Are Here! is an exciting new work about choirs and community in which the audience are the singers.
Our secret venues reflect four aspects of Toronto: Commercial / Sacred / Historic / Political.
Our fourth Why We Are Here! will be in the Council Chambers of Toronto City Hall. Join Choral Leader Reza Jacobs and Guest Artist Jani Lauzon for an interactive experience that puts the audience at the centre of an exhilarating signing adventure in one of Toronto’s most charged political rooms.
We’re eager to bring music and community back to our City Hall tonight. After all, it’s your City and your Hall. Come make music in one of Toronto’s great spaces.
Come sing with us! We will have fantastic people, beautiful music and a cup of hot tea waiting for you. No previous singing experience is necessary.
