Event: Info Session on Upcoming Below-Market Rent (BMR) Opportunities for Arts and Culture Organizations, The City of Toronto

The City of Toronto’s Cultural Services office and Social Development, Finance and Administration department are teaming up to present an info session on upcoming Below-Market Rent (BMR) opportunities for arts and culture organizations.

Arts and culture groups in search of affordable space are invited to learn more about BMRs and upcoming opportunities Tuesday, March 18 from 10 am 12 pm at 524 Oakwood Avenue.

The City of Toronto is currently seeking one or more organizations focused on youth services, arts and youth arts to occupy the former Public Health space at 524 Oakwood Avenue; the March 18 event includes a site tour of the 7,000 sq. ft. space. To be considered for 524 Oakwood, organizations must attend this info session; application deadline is April 21, 2014.
