This workshop will help you better understand what stress is — the signs, effects, coping mechanisms, and how to cultivate a better relationship with yourself. This workshop is open to everyone but it will be particularly helpful for students, teachers, and parents of students.
Through group counselling, guided meditation, visual mapping, and story-telling group members will collectively:
- Identify and experience practical self-help tools like mindfulness and relaxation
- Learn conscious communication techniques
- Design a holistic and proactive approach to personal wellness
Only $20.00 for all students, OCAD U Alumni, and seniors. $25.00 for the general public.
