Weekend Workshop With Anna Migliarisi, CAEA, ACTRA, PhD
In this workshop we will explore practical and effective foundational exercises for the purpose of bringing a range of dramatic texts “to life”. These procedures will help you ground, focus and come “to life” in the audition process. Appropriate for actors working in both theatre and film/TV.
Dates: Sat. July 12 (12 pm – 6 pm) and Sun. July 13 (12 pm – 6 pm)

An accomplished and experienced teacher, Anna Migliarisi has flourished in artistic as well as academic arenas for over 25 years. She has acted, produced and directed, mentored, created international conferences, and written four published books, including, About Directing (summer 2014 release). Anna is a proud graduate of the School of Dramatic Art, University of Windsor, and has an MA and PhD in Drama from the University of Toronto. She’s privileged to have worked with the great Robert Lepage and veteran Actors’ Studio Members Gene Lasko and Janine Manatis, among others. To top it all off, Anna is the recipient of numerous grants and awards.
