This workshop will introduce you to the work of Kristin Linklater and her “Freeing the Natural Voice” method. By following a progressive series of exercises, you will become aware of how tension can restrict or block your free vocal expression and discover ways to release the blocks so that you are able to free your own, resonant, natural voice and speak in a more open, effortless way. The work re-connects your voice to primary impulses and thoughts. It is often less the words we say than ‘how’ we say them that emotionally and unconsciously affect a listener.
