Whether in one-on-one meetings or a public forum with all the bells and whistles, pitching is an art. This workshop will help you prepare an effective approach for pitching your project, ensuring that your message is clear, and your audience – whether of 1 or 100 – is ready to receive it. We will talk about elevator speeches, written materials, meetings and public presentations. With successful pitching experience as the producer for Mammalian Diving Reflex and Nightswimming, three years running the pitch sessions at Magnetic North, and now on the receiving end of pitches almost daily, Naomi has lots of experience to bring to the table. The workshop will look at a number of scenarios and how to handle them, and there will be time for specific questions to be addressed.
