CHARACTER BIOS:

[TOM- Lead]
[GENDER: MALE]
[AGE: 23-28]
[Needed for approx. 2 or 3 days]
Tom is a stubbornly determined, charismatic young man.  A natural leader, his willpower supersedes his physical abilities.  He’s positive and focused.  Physically, he’s in good enough shape to run marathons.  His best friend and marathon partner is Mark.  Need someone with great comedic sensibilities/timing.

[MARK- Lead]
[GENDER: MALE]
[AGE: 23-28]
[Needed for approx. 2 or 3 days]
Mark is also a determined young man, but more of the follower type.  He needs Tom to keep him motivated.  Having lost his parents as a child, he looks up to Tom as though he’s an older brother.  He’s a nice, sensitive guy, who’s never had a girlfriend.  When he meets Cindy, he falls in love right away.  He’s funny, in a very likeable kind of way.  Physically, he’s in good enough shape to run marathons.  Looking for someone with great comedic sensibilities/timing.

[CINDY- Supporting]
[GENDER: FEMALE]
[AGE: 22-28]
[Needed for 1 or 1.5 days]
Cindy is a sweet, pretty and charming young woman.  Cindy falls in love with Mark while meeting him on his journey.  She’s caring, wholesome, loving, and innocent, the type of girl that you’d want your grandmother to meet.  She’s got a great sense of humour and really appreciates Mark’s kind demeanor.

[FARLEY]
[GENDER: MALE]
[AGE: 22-28]
[Needed for 1 day]
Farley is an odd, boring, introverted young man.  The kind of guy you don’t want to get stuck talking to at a party.  He corners Tom at a party, asking him annoying, mundane questions.

[AMERICAN TALKSHOW HOST]
[GENDER: MALE or FEMALE]
[AGE: 40-55]
[Needed for half day]
Looking for a talk show host, male or female who is confident, borderline pompous and has a perfect or creepy smile. The host talks, listens, empathizes and laughs with Tom and Mark.

[EXTRAS: PARTY GOERS]
[FEMALE]
[AGE: 20-30]
[Needed for half day]
Need 12 young women to come out for a house party scene.  Must be comfortable dancing, partying and having fun.
* If applying for this role, just send a headshot and full-body shot.  CV and reel NOT necessary.
