Annual General Meeting and 10 year anniversary – Call for Volunteers!
The Canadian Dance Assembly is looking for volunteers to assist with our upcoming Annual General Meeting and 10 year anniversary celebration on Wednesday, September 10th.
We are also looking for assistance the week of our AGM, on Monday September 8 and Tuesday September 9 at CDA headquarters – 15 Case Goods Lane, Studio 312 in the Distillery District (Case Goods building behind Balzac’s café). Hours on these days are flexible.
On September 10th, we have two shifts available on location at The Citadel – 304 Parliament Street (just south of Dundas Street East). Volunteers can assist with our AGM from 2 – 5 pm and/or our 10 year anniversary celebration from 5:30 – 9pm.
Responsibilities will include: Set-up and take down for event, assistance at registration table, food preparation and clearing (to be provided by an external catering company), greeting guests, assisting hosts and CDA staff with overall event logistics.
This is a wonderful opportunity to network and establish connections within the dance community. We look forward to meeting, working and celebrating with you!
